After a few different iterations and designs, the project ended up as a ground up new building with a black box focal element. This element is clad in a charred wood siding with support programming and classroom in the pre-manufactured metal building.

 

Responsible for: Revit model (construction documents), optimizing design, construction administration, and client contact.
